Length of Toothbrushing: Many people brush daily, but not everyone brushes enough. You should be brushing for about 2 minutes each time.
Toothbrush Consistency: many people only brush in the morning, or only brush at night. But proper hygiene requires that you brush in the morning and at night for best results.

Toothpaste Choice: A toothpaste with fluoride is always a recommended choice.
Floss Technique: Proper flossing so that you are actually reaching in between the teeth, to effectively remove any accumulated debris. You should use a new section of floss for every few teeth, and you should move in a “c” motion.
Use Mouthwash: Mouthwash can go where toothbrush and floss sometimes can’t. Use the right mouthwash in your regime for the most clean routine
Clean Your Brush: Keep your brush clean so that you don’t reinsert old bacteria and germs into your mouth as you brush
Use a Tongue Scraper: After brushing, some bacteria can still stay on the tongue and side of your mouth. use a tongue scraper when you are done brushing, to get to those areas of the mouth your tooth brush doesn’t get to.
